My Go To Springtime Treat

Recipe creation is something near and dear to my heart. I always try to create recipes I know everyone in my family will love and be able to enjoy. That means the kids, those of us that are trying to reduce our sugar intake and anyone else that finds their way to my dinner table!

We had our first taste of warmer weather and ever since then I have been gravitating towards more classic summertime treats. I guess I am trying to will it on!

The one recipe that stole the show would have to be this vegan chocolate pie pudding. There is not one person who has tried this whose eyes did not widen with delight! It’s decadent, creamy, smooth, and healthy! 

What I love most, is that I feel good about it! I don’t feel sick because of the sweetness, and it is completely satisfying without being over the top. Since we incorporated LIVA into the recipe, I can be sure we are adding in some key health benefits

Best of all, it takes all of 10 minutes to put together.

Here's the recipe for my vegan chocolate pie pudding, the go-to springtime treat the whole family will love!

Ingredients:

1 can Coconut Whipping Cream
3 tbsp Cacao powder
2 tbsp Cacao butter
3-4 heaping tbsp LIVA date sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla

Directions:
Blend all ingredients.
Freeze 1-2 hours.
Put into serving dishes

Optional - top with cacao nibs or chocolate chips
