5 Ingredient Energy Bites
I always take these on the go with me! They are perfect to satisfy my sweet cravings, thanks to the added fiber and oats, and they a great dose of whole foods. Pass on the packaged goods and give these a try! Plus, the kids love them!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp LIVA date sugar
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup date syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients using a high powered blender.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Store in the fridge.
