We tried the Baked Oats Tik-Tok trend, and we're hooked! Baked oats are the perfect breakfast for one. They are ultra filling and you can customize them to whatever fruit, nut, or seeds you have on hand.
We added strawberries and coconut to make these baked oats perfect for the transitional months. You can also add a scoop of collagen to up your protein intake!
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop collagen (optional)
1 tbsp LIVA Date Sugar
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tap cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
Frozen Strawberries + coconut flakes to top
1. Mix together the oats, collagen, LIVA, ground flax, cinnamon, baking powder in a medium sized bowl. Add milk.
2. Pour mixture into a ramekin and top with strawberry (or any fruit!)
3. Bake for 15 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. Top with coconut flakes.
