- Returns and Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the item received is not what you ordered.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com. We may require photo evidence of the issue for our records. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or report a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
- Refund Process: Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used food items, perishable goods, or items past their expiration date.
