I try to use un-refined sugars as much as possible, especially when baking with my kids, but sometimes there's no good substitute for brown sugar. Until LIVA! I have successfully used LIVA in a few of my desserts now and the taste and texture comes out great. It has a wonderful caramel flavor. I'm so happy I've discovered this new healthier ingredient!
