Ingredients

1 tbs LIVA Date Syrup
1 pear of your choice
2 slices of sour dough
8 thin slices of Camembert cheese
¼ cup herbed goat cheese
1 small handful of slivered almonds
1 tbs chopped basil
Pinch of salt
Pepper
Directions
On medium heat, pre-heat a frying pan on your stovetop.
Rough chop the pear and toss it into the pan along with LIVA date syrup. Cook for about 1 minute and set aside.
Using a toaster or broiler, toast the sourdough until light to golden brown.
Add Camembert cheese to the toast and broil for about a minute until melted.
Top up with the LIVA date syrup pears, herbed goat’s cheese, slivered almonds, salt and fresh basil.
Serve and enjoy!
