5 Ingredient Lemon Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients:⁠
1 cup raw cashews⁠
1 cup shredded coconut⁠
juice of 1 lemon⁠
1.5 tbsp coconut oil⁠
1 tbsp LIVA date sugar⁠

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender⁠
2. Roll into balls and refrigerate
