No-Bake Tahini Oat Balls

These tahini balls are packed with healthy fats that satisfy your sweet tooth, without the guilt! They take no more than 10 minutes to put together and are the perfect snack to take on the go, or to pack for school lunches! 

Since tahini is made from ground sesame seeds (that's all),  you can omit the almonds to make a completely nut-free version!

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp LIVA Date Sugar
  • 1 tbsp raw almonds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sesame seeds

Instructions:

  • Blend oat flour, almonds, LIVA Date Sugar in a high-powered blender.
  • Add in tahini, maple syrup, vanilla and stir to combine.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Pour sesame seeds on parchment paper, and roll each ball into the sesame seeds to coat the ball.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
