We're SO excited for this summery collaboration with Sobrii!
Sobrii 0-Spirits are a Canadian alcohol-free spirit company. Their gin and tequila are handcrafted in Ontario from all natural botanicals and extracts. We were thrilled to collaborate with them, our date syrup makes for a beautiful simple syrup replacement! As Sobrii's spirits are also zero sugar, LIVA's date syrup makes for an all natural way to add sweetness to your favourite cocktails!

2 large ripe peaches, pitted (or 4 small ripe peaches)
2 heaping tablespoon LIVA date syrup
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 ounce Sobrii 0-Tequila
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
In a blender, add the ripe peaches, LIVA date syrup, lime juice, and liquid smoke. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the peach mixture over the ice.
Add ½ an ounce of Sobrii 0-Tequila to each glass and stir to combine.
Top off the glass with a small amount of sparkling water and gently stir again.
Garnish the cocktail with fresh mint leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy your virgin smoky peach cocktail with a twist from the alcohol-free tequila!
To enhance the smokey flavor of the mocktail, taste the peach mixture and adjust to your liking by adding one drop at a time until the preferred taste profile is met. The smokey flavor will depend on the type of liquid smoke you use. Another way to enhance the smoke flavor is to add a smoky salt rim to your cocktail cup with smoked sea salt or Himalayan salt.
