Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

We can't think of a better way to enjoy hot Summer weekends than with popsicles! We love this recipe because there is no added refined sugar! You can feel good about giving them to your children and enjoying one or two yourself.

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and fiber while watermelon is hydrating and is shown to lower inflammation. Date sugar is a great addition to this recipe as it adds additional antioxidants and fiber!

Bonus – they come together in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon
1 cup sliced strawberries
half of a lemon, juiced
2-3 tbsp LIVA Date Sugar
water or coconut water
mint leaves (optional)

Directions:
1. Blend watermelon, strawberries and lemon juice (add water if needed).
2. Add LIVA date sugar to taste and mint leaves to blender..
3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until frozen.

Enjoy and stay cool, friends!
