Vanilla Mint Smoothie

Creamy, energizing, and hydrating. This smoothie will have you glowing from the inside out!

Seriously - avocado is the superstar of this smoothie! They are full of healthy fats, antioxidants, and vitamins that leave your skin glowing.  We combined the avocado with other inflammation fighters like cucumber and sprouts to deeply hydrate your skin and leave you feeling nourished!


Ingredients:⁠
1 avocado ⁠
6-inch piece of cucumber⁠
1 cup romaine ⁠
1 handful sprouts ⁠
3 tbsp LIVA date sugar ⁠
few sprigs of fresh mint ⁠
2 tsp vanilla ⁠
1.5 cup of cold water⁠

Directions:⁠
1. Blend all ingredients together

2. Pour into cup and top with fresh mint
