Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake
This mini cake is dairy free, gluten-free, chocolatey and DELICIOUS! Go on - enjoy!
We love that's the perfect after-dinner treat. You can indulge without the guilt of having a whole cake to finish.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp gluten free flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp LIVA Date Sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
2. Pour mixture into an oven-safe ramekin.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
