Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chip peanut butter
- 1/4 cup LIVA Date Sugar
- 1/4 cup LIVA Date Syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chocolate chip peanut butter, LIVA Date Sugar, LIVA Date Syrup and coconut flakes.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
