Ingredients
¼ tbsp Baking powder
½ cup Vanilla Protein Pancake Mix
½ cup Date Sugar
¼tbsp Salt
2 Eggs
½ cup Almond Milk
3tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
⅓ cup Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup powdered Erythritol
1tbsp Lemon juice
2-3 tbsp Water
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl (GF oat flour, almond flour, tapioca starch, sea salt, butter, and LIVA Date Syrup).Once the mixture forms a smooth dough, spoon it into a greased donut mold, filling each cavity evenly. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let the donuts cool completely before removing them from the mold.
