How to Make Chia Pudding
COCONUT CHIA PUDDING *makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons organic Chia seed
4 tablespoons organic unsweetened coconut chips
(reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons for garnish)
1 1/2 tbsp LIVA date sugar 1 cup oat milk
Toppings:
Fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Directions:
1️⃣Add chia seeds, coconut chips, and LIVA date sugar to a jar
2️⃣Pour oat milk in and shake it up until combined (you may need a spoon to combine)
3️⃣Refrigerate overnight (or 2 hours minimum)
4️⃣Remove from the jar, stir add toppings, and enjoy!
