How to Make Chia Pudding

COCONUT CHIA PUDDING⁠ ⁠⁠*makes 2 servings ⁠ ⁠

3 tablespoons organic Chia seed⁠
4 tablespoons organic unsweetened coconut chips⁠
(reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons for garnish)⁠
1 1/2 tbsp LIVA date sugar⁠ 1 cup oat milk⁠

Fresh or frozen blueberries⁠
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds⁠
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds⁠ ⁠

1️⃣Add chia seeds, coconut chips, and LIVA date sugar to a jar⁠
2️⃣Pour oat milk in and shake it up until combined (you may need a spoon to combine)⁠
3️⃣Refrigerate overnight (or 2 hours minimum) ⁠
4️⃣Remove from the jar, stir add toppings, and enjoy!
