Cocopom Chia Pudding

This is one of our favourite treats, especially for breakfast but frankly yummy as a snack at any time of day. Creamy and crunchy at the same time, our Cocopom Chia pudding is a delightful healthy and unique addition to your menu. 

3 tablespoons organic Chia seed
4 tablespoons organic unsweetened coconut chips
(reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons for garnish)
1 1/2 tablespoons LIVA date sugar
300 ml oat milk
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

12 ounce Mason jar with lid


  • Add Chia seeds, half of the coconut chips and LIVA date sugar to the Mason jar
  • Add 300 ml oat milk
  • Place lid on jar securely and shake vigorously for one minute until thoroughly mixed
  • Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours
  • Open jar and stir.
  • Sprinkle with pumpkin, sunflower and pomegranate seeds and top with reserved coconut chips.
